SerClean is a trusted restoration company serving homeowners and businesses throughout the Atlanta market. We specialize in water damage mitigation, mold remediation, fire and smoke restoration, and reconstruction services.

We are seeking a driven, in-home sales specialist to meet with homeowners after emergencies and guide them through the restoration process. This consultative role involves no cold calling—all appointments are company-generated.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside or in-home sales experience.
• Proven ability to close sales in a consultative environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments.
• Assess water, mold, fire, and other property damage situations.
• Develop restoration scopes of work and present recommended solutions.
• Build trust through empathy and clear communication.
• Secure signed work authorizations and close sales opportunities.
• Educate homeowners on the restoration process and next steps.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Communicate with customers, insurance carriers, and internal teams.
• Complete required documentation accurately and promptly.
• Respond quickly to new leads and customer needs.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations as needed.
