SerClean is seeking a driven In-Home Sales Specialist to meet with homeowners after emergency property damage events in the Atlanta market. You will assess damage, present restoration options, and secure work authorizations during the initial visit.

This consultative sales role features no cold calling; all appointments come from company-generated leads. The ideal candidate builds relationships, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced, emergency-service setting.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of outside or in-home sales experience.
• Proven ability to close sales in a consultative environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, emergency-service environment.
• Proficient with tablets, mobile apps, and CRM systems.

• Meet homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments.
• Assess water, mold, fire, and other property damage situations.
• Develop restoration scopes of work and present recommended solutions.

• Secure signed work authorizations and close sales opportunities.

• Coordinate with production teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Communicate with customers, insurance carriers, and internal teams.

• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations as needed.
