Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is hiring for a full-time W-2 sales role where 90% of the work is done for you before you meet the customer. You will meet 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily and deliver in-home presentations, growing quickly through elite training and mentorship with promotion from within.

Expect a lucrative earnings structure of 100,000–300,000+ annually, 70% advance upfront, weekly pay, and performance bonuses.

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
