Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a full-time W-2 sales closer in New Albany, Ohio. This role features 90% of the work completed for you before you meet the customer, with pre-qualified leads and a fast-track path to leadership.

You’ll meet 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily, deliver in-home presentations, and grow through elite training and mentorship (promotions from within). Benefits include weekly pay, health/dental/vision insurance after 30 days, paid training, flexible schedule, and gas/toll

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You’ll Get:

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
