Home Genius Exteriors in Kentucky is expanding its high-growth sales team. This full-time W-2 role minimizes cold calling, with 90% of the work done for you before you meet the customer, and a clear path to leadership.

You’ll meet 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily, deliver in-home presentations, and receive elite training with mentorship, while the company promotes from within. The earning potential is strong, with weekly pay and performance bonuses as part of a supportive, team-first

In this role, we're looking for closers.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You’ll Get:

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
• Monthly bonuses + performance rewards (trips, electronics, events)
