Home Genius Exteriors is seeking driven sales professionals for a full-time in-home sales role in the Chicago area. You’ll meet 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily and present engaging home improvement offers, with most of the work backed by a structured support system.

Expect rapid earning potential through a generous commission plan (no cap), weekly pay, and ongoing training as you grow into leadership roles within the team. This is a high-opportunity position designed for ambitious closers.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily


• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations


• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)

What You’ll Get

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
