Home Genius Exteriors in Royal Oak, MI is hiring for a full-time, in-home sales role where 90% of the work is done for you before you meet the customer, and you will close deals as part of a fast-growing team. You’ll meet 2-3 pre-qualified customers daily and deliver engaging in-home presentations.

Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $300,000+ per year with commissions, plus weekly pay, bonuses, and benefits after 30 days.

What You’ll Do:

What You’ll Get:

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
