Home Genius Exteriors is seeking motivated sales professionals for a full-time W-2 role in Covington, KY. 90% of the work is prepared for you, with in-home presentations and pre-qualified leads.

Earn $100,000–$300,000+ annually with a 70% upfront advance and no cap on commissions, plus weekly pay and performance bonuses. Training, a flexible schedule, and reimbursements are provided.

• 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment
