Home Genius Exteriors is hiring for a full-time in-home sales role where 90% of the work is prepared for you and you’ll close with pre-qualified customers. Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified customers daily, deliver engaging presentations, and grow through elite training and internal promotion.

Earn $100k-$300k+ annually with weekly pay, bonuses, health/dental/vision insurance after 30 days, and a flexible schedule.

In this role, we're looking for closers.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with 2-3 pre-qualified customers daily
• Deliver engaging, in home sales presentations
• Grow fast through elite training & mentorship (we only promote from within)
• Enjoy a supportive, team-first environment

What You’ll Get:

• $100,000-$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
• Weekly pay every Friday
