Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is hiring ambitious sales professionals for a full-time W-2 in-home sales role where 90% of the work is done for you before you meet the customer.

Meet 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily, deliver engaging presentations, and grow into leadership through elite training. Earn between $100,000 and $300,000+ per year with uncapped commissions and weekly pay. Paid training, flexible schedule, gas/toll reimbursements, and health benefits after 30 days.

What You’ll Do:

• Meet with 2–3 pre-qualified customers daily

• $100,000–$300,000+ per year with a 70% advance up front & no cap on commissions
