Nbutexas in Franklin, TN is seeking an In-Home Sales Consultant to promote premium home improvement products to homeowners. Build your own pipeline and leverage company leads while receiving a solid income and strong training.

You will meet with homeowners, present products, prepare quotes, and manage orders, with earnings potential from base salary during training to commissions reaching six figures for top performers.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience (in-home sales preferred).
• 3+ years of outside sales experience strongly desired.
• College degree preferred.
• Comfortable with CRM software and general computer applications.
• Ability to lift and carry samples up to 50 lbs and walk for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; outgoing and highly motivated.
• Must pass background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess needs and deliver informative product presentations.
• Prepare quotes, explain pricing, and address customer questions in person.
• Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach activities.
• Accurately price jobs and coordinate orders to maintain profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, including post-sale service.
• Contribute to showroom coverage as needed and participate in ongoing sales training.
