Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is actively seeking a results-driven Home Remodeling Expert to close in-home sales with pre-qualified homeowners. As a full-time W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you will meet 8-12 homeowners weekly, deliver compelling presentations, and close high-ticket projects in a hybrid Colorado setting.

The role offers uncapped commissions, bonuses, and a strong pathway to six-figure earnings, with top performers earning $300K+.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred, not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
• Weekend availability (6 days/week)
