Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a high-energy Home Remodeling Expert (In Home Sales Closer!) to drive in-home conversions on a hybrid schedule in Delaware. No cap on commissions with six-figure earnings potential.

You'll meet 2–3 qualified homeowners daily, present roofing and exterior upgrade options, and close sales with attractive financing plans. Training and rapid career advancement available in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Sales experience is preferred, not required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (drive times 30-90 minutes from home).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.
• Weekend availability (6 days/week).

What You'll Do
