Qualifications

• At least 3 years of residential or in-home sales experience.
• One call close experience.
• Excellent verbal, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Strong desire to succeed.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and have favorable driving record and background.

Responsibilities

• Schedule pre-set, pre-qualified appointments for customers.
• Inspect homes that need foundation repair or related work after paid training.
• Earn $150,000+ per year with uncapped commission; bi-weekly pay.
