Job summary

Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electrical is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to conduct in-home sales consultations and assess homeowners’ needs while upholding the company’s CARE values.

You will educate customers on service offerings, prepare proposals, and negotiate value to close deals. A strong background in sales, communication, and relationship-building is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years sales experience in the industry.
• High school Diploma or GED, Associate Degree preferred.
• Knowledge of industry equipment, field concepts, practices, procedures, tools and equipment.
• Experience in service agreement sales and estimating.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience.
• Follow-up on sales leads and lists both technician and self-generated.
• Educate customers on service offerings using the Company’s Sales System.
• Recommend solutions and address objections with value-based propositions.
• Demonstrates technical credibility and maintains customer trust.
• Conduct home assessments including comfort survey and load calculations.
• Write and present proposals clearly and effectively.
• Close sales and manage accurate paperwork and financing.
• Meet performance metrics and maintain professional conduct.
