Hiller is hiring a Project Manager to conduct in-home sales consultations and assess homeowner needs while maintaining a strong customer focus aligned with Hiller’s values. You will develop and present replacement/upgrade proposals, secure sales, process orders, and coordinate with teammates to ensure safe, efficient delivery of services.

The role includes paid training, commission-based pay after training, and a company vehicle with fuel card.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years sales experience, preferably in the industry.
• Knowledge of industry equipment and service offerings.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Aufgaben

• Create a positive customer experience.
• Follow-up on sales leads and lists.
• Educate customers on service offerings using the Company’s Sales System.
• Recommend solutions and close sales.
• Write and present proposals.
• Handle financing paperwork and payments.
• Maintain performance metrics scorecards.
• Be accessible by phone outside scheduled vacations.
