You will collaborate with field technicians and operations teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes ethical, consultative selling, meeting sales goals, and delivering an exceptional customer experience in a home-services environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in home services or related industries.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Experience in residential plumbing sales.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, water heaters, and related products.
• Experience with financing programs and in-home sales presentations.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residential customers to evaluate plumbing repair, replacement, and upgrade opportunities.
• Conduct in-home consultations and perform system assessments.
• Present plumbing solutions, products, and services that align with customer needs and budget.
• Prepare and deliver accurate estimates and proposals for plumbing projects.
• Educate customers on financing options, warranties, maintenance plans, and promotions.
• Understand residential gas systems, safety standards, codes, and related sales opportunities.
