Job summary

West Shore Home is actively seeking an In-Home Sales Representative in the Cleveland, OH area. You will meet with customers at their homes, present remodeling options for bathrooms, flooring, windows and doors, and close sales using our proven sales method.

The role offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, an annual net sales bonus program, and the potential to earn over $200K in the first year. Comprehensive benefits and strong growth opportunities accompany this position.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred, but recent grads and those from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles succeed.

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule: Weeks 1–2 Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; Weeks 3–4 Tue–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM and Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.
• No cold-calling or lead generation— all leads are warm and pre-set. We want you to sell!
• Sit down with potential customers at their homes to provide an in-depth consultation on our products.
• Communicate the value of our products and of our installation quality.
• Work with the customer to find options that fit their budget.
• Close sales with customers and complete required post-sale activity.
• Sales appointments run for approximately 2 hours.
