West Shore Home is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative in Phoenix to meet customers at their homes, present our remodeling solutions, and secure purchase agreements. The role offers a strong base salary plus uncapped commissions and a year-one earning potential up to $200K+.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is preferred or recent grads/candidates from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles may succeed.
• Must have a valid smartphone to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.
• Bilingual Spanish/English candidates encouraged to apply; strong English reading/writing skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers at their homes to provide product consultations and close sales.
• Explain value and installation quality of West Shore Home products.
• Develop options that fit customer budgets and secure agreements.
• Conduct sales appointments typically lasting around 2 hours.
• Follow a rotating schedule and manage in-home visits across territories.
