Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative in Baltimore, MD. You will meet with customers in their homes, present our remodeling options, and tailor solutions to fit budgets while highlighting installation quality.

Responsibilities include managing a rotating schedule, closing deals, and following up on post-sale activities. The role features a base salary plus uncapped commissions and a bonus program; first-year earnings can reach over $200K.

Qualifications

• The ability to quickly connect with anyone in an environment.
• A competitive nature with a drive to succeed.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Previous sales experience but we’ve also seen great success with recent grads and those from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule: Weeks 1–2: Mon–Fri, available 9:00 AM–7:00 PM.
• No cold-calling or lead generation- all leads are warm and pre-set. We want you to do what you do best- selling!
• Sit down with potential customers at their homes to provide an in-depth consultant on our products.
• Communicate the value of our products and of our installation quality.
• Work with the customer to find options that work inside their budget.
• Close sales with customers and provide required post sale activity.
• Sales appointments run for approximately 2 hours.
