Job summary

West Shore Home in Myrtle Beach, SC is looking for an in-home Design Consultant. You will be the primary contact for customers, delivering our proven sales method to secure agreements, and coordinating a rotating schedule with a focus on delivering value in every home visit.

No cold-calling; all leads are warm and pre-set. Expect competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, and a year-one potential up to $200K+. We offer comprehensive benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Ability to connect with customers quickly and build rapport.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Experience in sales or retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver West Shore Home's sales method to secure customer agreements.
• Guide customers through a one-call close sales process.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Manage in-home sales appointments and follow-up with warmth and professionalism.
