Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative in Philadelphia, PA. The role features a rotating schedule, with home visits to discuss bathrooms, flooring, windows and doors, and to close deals.

Expect a base salary with uncapped commissions and a yearly bonus program. Comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with match, HSA and strong growth potential are included. No cold calling; all leads are warm and pre-set.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: The ability to quickly connect with anyone in an environment.
• A competitive nature with a drive to succeed.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Previous sales experience; success with recent grads or those from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into required systems with two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule: Weeks 1-2 Mon-Fri 9:00 AM-7:00 PM; Weeks 3-4 Tue-Fri 9:00 AM-7:00 PM and Sat 9:00 AM-2:00 PM.
• No cold-calling; all leads are warm and pre-set.
• Meet with customers at their homes to provide a detailed product consultation.
• Communicate the value of West Shore Home products and installation quality.
• Help customers find options that fit their budget.
• Close sales and complete post-sale activities.
• Sales appointments run about 2 hours.
