Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Design Consultant in Columbia, SC to serve as the primary contact for customers, delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure agreements for remodeling projects.

The role features a rotating schedule, warm leads, and a compensation package with a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, and an annual net sales bonus program; first-year earnings can reach up to $200K+.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or background in customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage with customers and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Follow the monthly rotating schedule: Weeks 1–2 Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; Weeks 3–4 Tues–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM and Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process.
• No cold-calling or lead generation— all leads are warm and pre-set.
