Job summary

West Shore Home in Baltimore, MD is seeking an in-home Design Consultant to deliver the West Shore Home sales method and secure customer agreements for our remodeling products and services.

You will work a rotating schedule with warm leads, no cold-calling, and attend weekly trainings to sharpen your sales skills. This role combines base pay with uncapped commissions and a first-year potential to earn $200K+ plus a solid benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is preferred but not required; ability to connect with customers quickly.
• Bilingual Spanish/English encouraged; English reading/writing proficiency required.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Must have a valid smartphone or smart device to log into company systems.

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule: Weeks 1–2 Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; Weeks 3–4 Tue–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM and Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• No cold-calling or lead generation; all leads are warm and pre-set.
