Earn uncapped commissions with a structured, company-supported process, including pre-qualified appointments and ongoing coaching. Travel across the Baltimore market with a reliable vehicle and a driver’s license to close top-line sales.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills with homeowners.
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred.
• Experience in home improvement or remodeling is a plus.
