This role features a rotating Monday-Friday and Tuesday-Saturday schedule, warm leads only, uncapped commissions, and bonus programs, with earnings potential up to $200K+ in the first year.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home or field sales is preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Smartphone required to log into company systems with two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule (Mon–Fri or Tue–Sat) with set hours.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions.
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process.
• No cold-calling; all leads are warm and pre-set.
