Job summary

West Shore Home is hiring an In-Home Sales Representative in Phoenix for a Hiring Event. You will conduct in-home consultations, present remodeling options, and close sales with customers using our proven sales method.

Compensation includes a competitive base, uncapped commissions, and an annual bonus program, with a signing bonus of 2500 USD. Training, benefits, and growth opportunities are provided; veterans and bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred; transitioning from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles accepted.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Must have a smartphone to log into required systems using two-factor authentication.
• Bilingual Spanish / English encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule with set hours.
• No cold-calling; all leads are warm and pre-set.
• Sit with customers at their homes to provide an in-depth product consultation.
• Communicate the value of our products and installation quality.
• Work with the customer to find options that fit their budget.
• Close sales and complete post-sale activity.
• Sales appointments run for approximately 2 hours.
