Trade Sales Manager Benefits & Compensation

• Competitive base salary ($120K–$130K) plus annual bonus (paid quarterly based on performance metrics)
• Eligible for company e-fleet vehicle after 90 days (for work and personal use at $200/month)

• 2 weeks PTO in years 1-3, 3 weeks at year 4+

Trade Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• 3-5 years proven leadership experience in sales or customer service management
• Must be experienced in practices of employee supervision, process and policy development and implementation etc.
• Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks in an environment of constant interruptions and be able to prioritize responsibilities
• Prior knowledge of general construction applications and terminology and/or window and door applications or components is preferable.
• Strong ability to coach, train, and develop sales representatives
• Must successfully pass a stringent background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening
• Availability to travel for one week of manufacturer training within the first six months, with a potential second week in months 7–12
• Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
