Job summary

The position offers a competitive base salary of $120K–$130K, plus quarterly performance bonuses, an after 90 days e-fleet vehicle eligibility, comprehensive benefits, and generous PTO. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years proven leadership experience in sales or customer service management.
• Strong coaching, training and development abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and motivate a team of 7–10 in-home sales representatives for growth and sales effectiveness.
• Drive process development and improvement across the sales team.
• Monitor results to ensure customer satisfaction, market share growth and profitability.
• Provide regular coaching, training, and workload adjustments to support team performance.
• Communicate clear objectives and foster integration across the sales function.
