Job summary

Nbutexas in Franklin, TN is seeking a driven Replacement (In-Home) Sales Manager to mentor and lead a high-performing retail sales team. The role offers a competitive base salary of $120K-$130K with annual bonus and benefits, including a company vehicle after 90 days for work and personal use, plus comprehensive insurance and vacation time.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership in sales management, be capable of coaching and developing reps, and be willing to travel for training.

Replacement (In-Home) Sales Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in sales management or team supervision
• Strong ability to coach, train, and develop sales representatives
• Must successfully pass a stringent background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening
• Availability to travel for one week of manufacturer training within the first six months, with a potential second week in months 7-12
• Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
