Job summary

Power Dry is expanding into North Carolina and seeks an experienced In-Home Sales Specialist to launch and grow the new NC location. This player-coach role involves meeting homeowners, assessing needs, and closing work authorizations with pre-qualified appointments.

You will lead by example, partner with field technicians, and help establish Power Dry’s local culture, standards, and growth strategy while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in in-home or consultative settings.
• Strong ability to build rapport and guide homeowners to decisions.
• Experience coaching or mentoring others is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable with technology and field operations.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners for pre-qualified, company-provided in-home appointments.
• Assess property damage and determine the appropriate scope of work.
• Provide professional estimates and recommend solutions.
• Close work authorizations during the initial visit.
• Guide homeowners through mitigation and restoration with empathy and clarity.
• Communicate with homeowners, insurers, field crews, and leadership.
• Respond quickly to new opportunities and document work accurately.
• Use company systems to manage customer and job information.
