Job summary

Power Dry is expanding into North Carolina and seeks an experienced In-Home Sales Specialist to launch and grow the new NC location. This player-coach role combines field sales with local leadership as the brand establishes itself in a new market.

You will meet homeowners, assess needs, provide estimates, and close work authorizations during initial visits, with pre-qualified appointments and a chance to help build a high-performing local team.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in in-home or consultative sales.
• Experience in water mitigation/restoration or home services strongly preferred.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and confidently guide homeowners toward a decision.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners for in-home appointments and assess needs.
• Provide professional estimates and close work authorizations.
• Lead and coach local team while building the new market.
• Develop relationships with local referral partners.
• Represent Power Dry professionally within the local community.
