Northeast Power Dry is seeking an In-Home Sales Specialist in New Jersey to meet with homeowners, evaluate restoration needs, and close company-generated leads. This field-based role involves no cold calling and offers base pay plus uncapped commissions with paid training.

Responsibilities include inspecting properties, presenting solutions, coordinating with crews, and guiding customers through the restoration process with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with a proven ability to close deals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple projects.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, emergency service environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to work overtime and occasional holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments.
• Inspect property damage and provide restoration estimates and solutions.
• Build trust with customers and close sales during the appointment process.
• Guide customers through the restoration process with professionalism and empathy.
• Coordinate with production and remediation teams to ensure project success.
• Communicate with customers, insurance carriers, and internal teams regarding project updates.
• Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Respond promptly to new leads and customer needs.
• Help deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
