Job summary

Northeast Power Dry seeks an In-Home Sales Specialist in New Jersey to meet homeowners during scheduled appointments, assess damage, and present restoration options. You’ll close deals, coordinate with production teams, and guide customers through the restoration process with empathy.

The role requires field-based work with company-generated leads, excellent communication, and a proven sales record. Training is provided and earning potential is uncapped.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with a proven ability to close deals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple projects.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, emergency service environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments.
• Inspect property damage and provide restoration estimates and solutions.
• Build trust with customers and close sales during the appointment process.
• Guide customers through the restoration process with professionalism and empathy.
• Coordinate with production and remediation teams to ensure project success.
• Communicate with customers, insurance carriers, and internal teams regarding project updates.
• Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Respond promptly to new leads and customer needs.
• Help deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
