Job summary

Northeast Power Dry in New Jersey is seeking an in-home sales specialist to meet homeowners, assess damage, and present restoration solutions. This field-based role uses company-provided leads and focuses on closing deals during appointments.

You will work directly with homeowners in their homes after emergency property damage situations. Competitive base pay with uncapped commission, paid training, and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced restoration company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience with a proven ability to close deals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize multiple projects.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, emergency service environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer and technology proficiency.
• Ability to work overtime and occasional holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments.
• Inspect property damage and provide restoration estimates and solutions.
• Build trust with customers and close sales during the appointment process.
• Guide customers through the restoration process with professionalism and empathy.
• Coordinate with production and remediation teams to ensure project success.
• Communicate with customers, insurance carriers, and internal teams regarding project updates.
• Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Respond promptly to new leads and customer needs.
• Help deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
