Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales experience preferred.
• Strong closing and objection-handling skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability.
• Creative, energetic, and eager to learn.

• Coachable and committed to improving.
• Comfortable using computer-based technology; laptop required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners for personalized consultations.
• Identify each client’s needs, style, and budget.
• Measure spaces and create custom designs.
• Recommend finishes, moldings, and accessories.
• Present solutions, handle objections, and ask for the sale.
