Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking a designer/sales representative to help clients organize their home. The role offers the flexibility to work from home with pre-set appointments near your location and comprehensive training.

You will learn sales and design skills through a 16-week paid program, with mentorship and a clear path to advance, while building relationships with residential clients.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• We are looking for coachable candidates.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales process with pre-set appointments and assess customer needs.
• Build rapport with customers to understand organizational needs and home organization opportunities.
• Walk through the home to identify products and services that fit the space.
• Educate customers on Closets by Design products and services and guide them through the design/sales process.
