Andersen Corporation is seeking a Design Consultant Trainee in Greater Michigan to perform in-home sales consultations and guide homeowners through Renewal by Andersen’s window and door solutions. The role emphasizes emotional intelligence, active listening and closing skills, with training and a clear path to the Design Consultant role upon program completion.

Qualifikationen

• Must have up-to-date iPad skills and basic computer proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Conduct in-home sales consultations lasting ~90 minutes.
• Pre-set, pre-qualified appointments with Renewal by Andersen customers.
• Drive to in-home appointments (up to 1,800–2,500 miles per month).
• Attend sales and branch meetings; support project documentation and order changes.
• Utilize company software and AR tools to design and quote window/door solutions.
