Andersen Corporation in Pittsburgh (Renewal by Andersen) is seeking Design Consultants to deliver a world-class in-home sales experience, conducting 90‑minute consultations and 8–12 appointments weekly while showcasing our window, door, and installation options.

New hires start as Design Consultant Trainees in a multi‑week training program, transitioning to a Design Consultant role upon completion, with paid training, ongoing coaching and generous earning potential.

Qualifications

• Strong persuasive skills to overcome objections and close sales.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork.
• Ability to work independently and meet goals in a competitive industry.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales consultations using iPad and AR to design window/door solutions.
• Drive to in-home appointments, up to 1800–2500 miles per month.
• Attend sales and branch meetings and trainings.
• Support sales project process including documentation and order changes.
• Use company software and comply with security policies.
