Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking design consultants to perform in-home sales consultations, presenting Renewal by Andersen products and installation options to homeowners in the Detroit region. Expect pre-set, pre-qualified leads, pay for performance, and a paid 10‑week training program at $25/hour.

The role emphasizes a world‑class homeowner experience, objection handling, and the ability to close deals. Travel is required to meet with clients and attend branch meetings, with a team culture

Qualifications

• Strong persuasive skills and the ability to overcome objections and close sales.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales consultations, using an iPad and AR to design window/door solutions.
• Follow sales and measurement processes to completion and submit contracts.
• Drive personal vehicle to in-home appointments (up to 1,800–2,500 miles/mo).
• Attend and participate in sales meetings and branch trainings.
• Support the sales project process with documentation and changes as needed.
