Andersen Corporation is hiring a Design Consultant Trainee in the Chicago area. You will perform in-home consultations, demonstrate Renewal by Andersen products, and guide customers through the design and installation process. Training starts with several weeks of onboarding and shadowing before advancing to a Design Consultant role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales consultations using iPad and AR for design/build solutions.
• Drive personal vehicle to in-home appointments and maintain schedules.
• Attend meetings and support the sales project process including paperwork.
