Renewal by Andersen is seeking Design Consultants for the Greater Michigan market. You will conduct in-home consultations, showcase Renewal by Andersen products, and translate customer needs into effective window and door solutions.

Trainees enter a multi-week program to learn the sales process before transitioning to the Design Consultant role. The role offers strong earning potential, with a structured training plan and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Excellent persuasive skills and ability to close sales.
• Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders and team players.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Positive, goal‑driven attitude.
• Proficient with iPad and related apps.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home design consultations and provide AR-assisted window/door solutions.
• Drive personal vehicle to in-home appointments and manage travel mileage.
• Attend sales meetings, trainings and branch meetings.
• Support sales process, including documentation, order changes and disclosures.
• Utilize company software and devices while maintaining security/compliance policies.
