Job summary

Sears is seeking Project Sales Consultants to join the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This full-time, 100% commission role includes W-2 with benefits, with typical earnings from $45K to $80K and top performers over $90K annually.

Reps receive pre-confirmed, pre-set appointments from our national center and travel within roughly a 2-hour radius of their home ZIP code. Training and necessary tools are provided to support success.

Qualifications

• Extensive local market area travel with a personal vehicle.
• Must have valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift sample cases up to 40 lbs.
• Must be computer proficient.
• weekly schedule includes Saturdays and possible evenings.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Travel extensively to appointments within local market.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and leads.
• Present and close home improvement product estimates.
• Coordinate with National Sales center for pre-confirmed appointments.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and pricing.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow through on commitments.
