Job summary

Sears is hiring Project Sales Consultants to join the In-Home Outside Sales Team in the Denver area. This full-time role offers pre-confirmed appointments, 100% commission with benefits on a W-2, and earnings typically between $45K and $80K, with top performers beyond $90K annually.

Travel is local, within about 2 hours of your home zip, and training is provided. You'll visit customers at set appointments generated by our National Sales center, using a laptop with design software, and enjoy a

Qualifications

Extensive local travel with a personal vehicle.
Must have valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
Ability to lift sample cases up to 40 lbs.
Must be computer proficient.
Work a 5 day work week including Saturdays.
Ability to negotiate contracts and communicate effectively.
Excellent customer service, listening and influencing skills.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

Travel locally to appointments using a personal vehicle.
Present home improvement products to customers and close sales.
Maintain excellent customer service and follow up on leads.
Work a 5 day work week, including Saturdays; manage schedule with pre-set appointments.
