Job summary

Sears is seeking Project Sales Consultants for the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This full-time role is 100% commission with benefits, with typical earnings between $45K - $80K and top performers up to $90k+ annually.

Reps visit the local sales office once a week; the rest of the time appointments are scheduled via email and conducted from home. Territory coverage is within roughly 2 hours of your zip code, with pre-confirmed appointments supported by Sears.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills with a focus on helping customers find home improvement solutions.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence customers.

Responsibilities

• Travel within local market area using a personal vehicle.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Capable of lifting sample cases up to 40 lbs.
• Proficient with computers and software.
• Work five days a week including Saturdays; some extended hours.
• No door-to-door sales; appointments are pre-set and provided.
• Excellent customer service, listening and influencing skills.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
