Sears is seeking Project Sales Consultants for the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This full-time role offers 100% commission with benefits; top earners exceed $90k annually.

Reps travel up to 2 hours from home zip code, operate from home with appointments scheduled by the National Sales center, and visits to a local sales office occur about once weekly. Leads are provided, and there is no door-to-door selling.

Qualifications

• Requires valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Must be computer proficient and able to use common software.
• Excellent customer service, listening and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Travel within local market with a personal vehicle to attend appointments.
• Negotiate contracts and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Maintain customer-focused approach and build relationships to close sales.
• Extensive travel 5 days a week, including Saturdays, with flexibility for hours.
