Job summary

Sears is seeking Project Sales Consultants to join the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This full-time role offers 100% commission with benefits, where reps typically earn between $45K - $80K, with top performers up to $90K+ annually.

Pre-confirmed appointments come from our national sales center, and travel is local to your home zip code. Vision includes not being door-to-door; you’ll travel to appointments, with support like a laptop, training, and paid time.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel locally to appointments with a personal vehicle.
• Valid driver's license and insurance.
• Proficient in using a computer and software tools.
• Strong customer service, listening and influencing skills.
• Able to negotiate contracts and communicate clearly in writing and speech.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to appointments within the local market with a personal vehicle.
• Engage customers to close home improvement product sales.
