Sears is seeking Project Sales Consultants for the In-Home Outside Sales Team. This full-time role pays 100% commission with benefits; earnings typically range from $45K to $80K, with top performers up to $90k+ annually.

Reps receive pre-confirmed appointments and leads from our national center, traveling locally from home. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, paid training, and a laptop with design software; opportunity for career advancement and uncapped commissions.

Formación

• Customer service and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to negotiate contracts and influence customers effectively.
• Proficient with computers and standard office software.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift sample cases up to 40 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Travel locally to appointments with a personal vehicle.
• Manage pre-confirmed and pre-set appointments from the National Sales center.
• Provide excellent customer service and close sales on home improvement products.
• Coordinate with leadership and teams to schedule and follow up on leads.
• Maintain a professional image and represent Sears in client interactions.
• Support territory development and client relationships.
