Description

Thompson Creek Window Company is looking for a motivated, sales-driven Installation Consultant who knows how to build relationships, identify opportunities, and close business.

This is an in-home sales role where you’ll work with existing Thompson Creek customers following their installation, uncover their next home improvement project, and turn those needs into additional sales. You’ll ensure their completed project meets our quality standards while building on an established customer relationship, identifying additional home improvement needs, recommending the right solutions, and closing add‑on sales.

You’ll have the unique advantage of working with customers who already know and have chosen Thompson Creek, giving you the opportunity to build on an established relationship while creating additional value for the customer and revenue for the business.

What You’ll Do
  • Turn scheduled customer appointments into opportunities to generate additional sales.
  • Build relationships with existing Thompson Creek customers and uncover additional home improvement needs.
  • Recommend additional products, upgrades, and solutions based on each customer’s home, priorities, and goals.
  • Use consultative selling techniques to present solutions, overcome objections, negotiate pricing within company guidelines, and confidently close the sale.
  • Prepare contracts and addendums, obtain customer signatures, and collect applicable payments.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales and revenue goals through add‑on sales, contract addendums, referrals, and new business opportunities.
  • Generate referrals and support neighborhood outreach around active projects to build new sales opportunities.
  • Conduct post‑installation quality assurance inspections to confirm workmanship, product performance, contract accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer questions and concerns while creating an experience that builds trust, strengthens the relationship, and supports future sales opportunities.
  • Perform minor service repairs and product adjustments when needed and coordinate additional service support when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for customer visits, sales, contracts, addendums, inspections, payments, and project updates.
  • Independently manage your daily field schedule, customer appointments, company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
  • Represent Thompson Creek with professionalism, integrity, and a strong commitment to the customer experience.
What We Offer:
  • Earning Potential: $85,000 – $125,000 annually
  • Company Loaned Vehicle
  • Compensation: $1,400.00 bi-weekly base pay plus commission with uncapped earning potential.

  • Career Advancement: We promote from within and support long‑term growth
  • Company Culture: We live by our TC GEARs—Teamwork, Community, Growth, Excellence, Accountability, and Recognition—guiding how we lead, work, and win together.
Compensation Range:

This role offers $1,400.00 bi-weekly base pay plus commission with uncapped earning potential. The posted range reflects annual earnings from the past three years, including both new hires and top performers. Individual results will vary based on performance, availability, and market demand.

Typical earnings range from $85,000 to $125,000 annually

What You Bring
