Job summary

Trinity Total Home is seeking Home Improvement Sales Consultants to drive in-home roofing sales with pre-qualified leads and company-provided appointments. You will inspect roofs, present roofing solutions, price and close projects, and manage follow-up through contract completion.

Evening and Saturday availability, ladder access, and travel to homes are required. Training pay and base draw start from day one, with uncapped commissions and weekly payouts.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable with in-home customer conversations.
• Must be able to climb a ladder and access attic spaces.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel to appointments.

Responsibilities

• Attend weekly sales team meetings to plan and prepare.
• Attend confirmed customer appointments between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm.
• Conduct in-home sales presentations and product demos.
• Use company tools for measurements and photo capture.
• Close deals that meet homeowner needs and provide options.
